Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique

“Life is like a string of pearls, the self being the thread and the pearls side-by-side are life experiences, births and death being a continuum, all of them opportunities for growth and consciousness.”

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®)

Exploring the Deeper Questions of Life, Purpose, and Consciousness

There are moments in life when the questions we carry become larger than the answers our analytical minds can provide.

Major life transitions whether navigating profound loss, stepping out of a long-term caregiving role, shifting identity, or simply experiencing a quiet spiritual calling, often awaken a desire to understand ourselves from a higher vantage point.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) offers a structured, contemplative doorway to explore those deeper questions.

Developed by internationally renowned author and regressionist Dolores Cannon, QHHT® uses a deep, relaxing state of hypnosis to quiet the everyday conscious mind. This allows access to the subconscious, that vast reservoir of inner wisdom, memory, intuition, and higher perspective

When Life Transition Opens Bigger Questions

Significant life changes, especially the experience of loss or major life shifts naturally alter the questions we ask about our existence:

  • What is the larger meaning or purpose behind my life’s journey?

  • Why did certain pivotal relationships or recurring patterns cross my path?

  • How do I navigate my identity now that a major chapter or role has closed?

  • What does my deeper intuition know that my conscious mind has yet to integrate?

QHHT® does not require a specific religious or philosophical belief system. You do not need to arrive with definitive answers or a structured belief in past lives. You simply need an open mind and a willingness to explore what your subconscious brings to light.

“In my work in the last few years, I have found more and more people are becoming aware of their true soul origins and their purpose for being alive at the present time. It appears that now is the time for it all to be revealed to them. It is time to be consciously aware.

Dolores Cannon, The Convoluted Universe vol. II.

What You May Explore in a Session

Because every person’s subconscious brings forward exactly what is most relevant for them at the time, no two sessions are ever identical. Clients often seek a QHHT® session to explore:

  • Life Purpose & Direction: Gaining clarity on your path, talents, and next steps in life.

  • Recurring Patterns: Understanding long-standing behavioral, emotional, or relationship dynamics.

  • Transitions & Identity: Reconnecting with your core self after significant life changes or caregiving roles.

  • Existential & Spiritual Curiosity: Exploring questions about consciousness, synchronicities, and deeper spiritual connections.

  • Past Life & Symbolic Memory: Experiencing imagery or regression memories that illuminate your current life’s narrative.

The Methodology: Understanding the Process

QHHT® is a unique, proprietary technique refined by Dolores Cannon over four decades and thousands of sessions.

Unlike brief hypnotic suggestions used for habit change, a full QHHT® session is an immersive, multi-hour experience conducted in person.

The Interview: We spend time discussing your life journey, key experiences, and the specific questions you wish to bring to your subconscious.

The Hypnotic State: You are guided into a deep, comfortable state of relaxation (the somnambulistic state) where your analytical mind gently steps aside.

The Journey & Subconscious Insights: Your subconscious guides you through relevant imagery, memories, or past-life narratives, followed by direct answers to the questions you prepared.

Integration & Review: You leave with a full audio recording of your session, as much of the deepest insight continues to integrate in the days and weeks following the experience.
