During the initial appointment I will ask many questions to get a better understanding of your goals for change. I will guide you into the state of hypnosis where you will experience deep relaxation and receive suggestions to support the changes you want to make to your behaviors, thoughts and or feelings.
While there are those rare people who only need one session, most issues require a minimum of three sessions to seven sessions. Depending upon your goals, we may work together over the course of many months to create the transformation you desire.
You may also be asked to complete tasks between sessions (keep notes about what thoughts pop up) and undertake some actions pertinent to your desired outcomes.

Do You Take Insurance
No. I do not take insurance. However, I do accept credit cards and providing you keep a credit card on file, I can auto-bill monthly helping you to spread out your payments to be more budget friendly.
How Long Are My Sessions?
Most sessions are between an hour and an hour and a half. Some may be less, some a little more. Advise me in advance if you are needing to be more time conscious.
Can I Bring My Spouse, Friend, Roommate, etc. ?
They can to come to the appointment with you. I have a comfortable waiting area with magazines. They are welcome to hang out and read while you are in your session.
I Thought Hypnosis Cured Me in One Session?
Unfortunately, there are many people who will make the claim that issues can be resolved in one session. Hypnotherapy often relies on supporting sessions and repetition to help facilitate change.
How Many Sessions Will It Take To Achieve Results?
I am committed to quick, lasting and effective change. The number of sessions depends upon the issue you are addressing. The needs of each individual vary. Expect a minimum of three sessions and as many as six or seven, depending upon your issue.
